Penne all’Arrabbiata

Ingredients:

Mantara extra virgin Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons

2 Garlic Gloves minced

Whisk Taker Arrabbiata sauce, 1 jar

Penne pasta, 500g

Parmesan – For serving.

 

Directions:

-In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat, then stir the garlic for just 10 seconds. Add the Whisk Taker Arrabbiata sauce jar content over and boil on low heat while cooking the pasta.

-Cook the pasta as per packet directions in salted cooking water. 

When the pasta is al dente drain and reserve 1 cup of the water. 

-Add the pasta into the sauce along with 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water. Toss well on low heat until the sauce coats the pasta well.

Use extra pasta cooking water if needed, to loosen.

-Serve immediately with parmesan sprinkled on top.
