Lebanon

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation relating to the applicable product. You can do this by notifying us of your cancellation at email: support@ishoprural.com or 9611498188

Other countries

If you are purchasing from outside Lebanon, you can also cancel your order for any reason, 24 hours from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Exchange policy

Damaged products

At Ishoprural, we are responsible for damaged and defected products you buy from our online shop.  If somehow you find your product damaged in any way, please contact our customer service on 01498188 or send an email to support@ishoprural.com within 2 days after receipt of the order, and we will arrange to pick up the product and exchange it for another item of your preference. Ishoprural will be responsible for the delivery costs. Kindly include your order receipt with the product.

Non-damaged products

In case you would like to exchange your products for any other reason than damage, you can do so within the 7 days from receipt of the order. To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as delivered (unopened, intact packaging…).

The customer would be responsible for its shipping.

Kindly include your order receipt with the product, too. Once the product is received, we will exchange it for another item of your preference at your own expenses.

Please note that fresh products (like bread or dairy) can’t be returned unless they were damaged.
