Hasan is a photographer from Beit Yahoun, Bint Jbeil district, but he is also passionate about organic farming & health. He has chickens, ducks and dogs, and also produces limited quantities of seasonal vegetables and fruits.

Hasan lets his chickens roam free 100% of the time. In winter, they choose to go out or stay inside depending on the weather. His chickens live a stress-free life, and have the freedom to lay eggs or stop production (this is why quantities are limited). They are not exposed to extra light during the cold season or any bulks of processed foods to increase production.  Their diet consists of grains (Wheat, Corn, Soy), kitchen leftovers and the biodiversity in the garden.  They are not exposed to any artificial food supplements or untrusted mixes.
