Manoune Super Healthy is the inspiring story of Nisrine, a French teacher and mother of three who, starting in 2014, began creating gluten-free, keto, and paleo snacks at home. She aimed to provide healthier alternatives for her children, using activated seeds and avoiding artificial additives and sugar. Alongside her teaching job, she opened a small atelier to expand her dream. Over the years, she started selling her products in local markets and online. Despite various challenges, Manoune continues to balance her teaching and her business, ensuring her family and community have access to healthy, delicious snacks.
