The idea came out from our love and attachment to our land inherited from our ancestor.

In additon to the olive trees that exist hundreds of years ago, we decided to profit from our large land and plant it with sumac and thyme.

The agricultural project is located in Ain-Hor El-Chouf, in an area called “Al Aassi”.

Our main goal is to provide you with our best heritage fine food, that’s why all  our products are all natural, homemade and most important prepared with love.

The project was a dream and it comes true due to your support.
