Dried Fig Jam, or “Tin/Teen Maaqoud/Ma32oud” as it is called in Arabic, is made in the Lebanese way, with the Lebanese rural recipe and spices. Prepared by the women’s cooperative of Jana Al Ayadi in Deir el Ahmar.
Ingredients: Figs, Sugar, Roasted Sesame Seeds, Lemon Juice, Aniseeds, Mastic Gum.
