Sayidet Ain Yaacoub Cooperative
Established in 2006, the Sayidet Ain Yaacoub Cooperative takes its name from the group of women who joined hands to establish a production unit for processing local produce in the village of Ain Yaacoub, North Lebanon.
Their products include a wide variety of authentic Lebanese raw and processed products including wild thyme, honey, pomegranate molasses, sumac and most importantly their famous rollups with walnuts “Malban Bel Jouz” (Traditional Lebanese sweets made from sugar, water and nuts)
