Ms. Lina Saadeh, based in the scenic Kherbet Qanafar, West Beqaa valley, decided to cook and sell mouneh to provide income for her family. She is a passionate cook and produces mouneh as well. She makes eveyrthing by hand, one by one, just like a housewife would!
