Josiane, a housewife, started producing chocolates, desserts (such as marzipan, chocolates, cakes, even breads…) and mouneh 2 years ago. She produces everything at home. We would say her creations are inspired by traditional Lebanese and French cuisine. She does not use any chemical preservatives.
