Atelier n7 was started by Assaad, a young bake-a-holic architect in his 2os. He started experimenting with artisanal bread making. Through intensive research and trials, he developed great bread recipes. During quarantines, he reconnected with his old friend Perla and together they laid the foundations of Atelier n7, a micro-bakery in his home in Mazraat Yachouh. They embarked together on a never-ending journey of food craftsmanship.
Prioritizing quality over quantity, every bread is crafted to perfection using slow fermentation; sourdough and grade A ingredients. All breads are mixed and kneaded by hand!
Based on fermentation as well, they are currently developing fermented sauces and they will be launching soon a new proudly made Lebanese product.
