What are the delivery costs?

The delivery fees are as follows:

  • Beirut: 3000 LBP
  • Mount Lebanon: 4000 LBP
  • Other: 5000 LBP

Delivery is free for orders of 150,000 LBP and above.

What are the payment options?

You can either pay upon delivery cash or card, or pay online on the website by card.  

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order at no cost any time before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation relating to the applicable product. You can do this by notifying us of your cancelation through email: support@ishoprural.com or by phone: +961(0)1498188

I just ordered. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We prepare orders during working hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Once your order is ready, it will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on your address.

When you order, you will receive an email confirmation for your order, and a proof of delivery once your order has been delivered.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Lebanon. We also deliver internationally. 

What is your return policy?

We are responsible for damaged and defected products you buy from our online shop. If somehow you find your product damaged in any way, please contact our customer service on 01498188 or send an email to admin@ishoprural.com within 2 days after receipt of the order, and we will arrange to pick up the product and exchange it for another item of your preference. Ishoprural will be responsible for the delivery costs. Kindly include your order receipt with the product.

What is special about your products?

All our products are made by small local producers, who do not use chemicals while processing their products. We perform quality control and tasting sessions before selecting them. See here to know more about how we select the products we sell.
